CONSULTATION SERVICES
What I Provide
A credit card is required for all non-insurance bookings. You will not be charged until the day of your visit. Your appointment will be confirmed upon completing your intake forms. For all non-insurance bookings, you will be provided with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
INSURANCE COVERED LACTATION CONSULT
In partnership with The Lactation Network (TLN), I am able to take clients with certain insurance after approval through the TLN system. Scan the QR code or click the link above to get your approval started. This usually takes 1-2 days and I will be notified once you are approved for your visit. We can then get you scheduled with a few days!

INITIAL CONSULTATION
$200
Let me meet you where you are. During this in home consult, we will be able to discuss your concerns and come up with a plan that works best for you and your family. This may include observation of a feeding and/or before and after feeding weights. The typical duration is 90 minutes. This will include two weeks of secure messaging regarding the initial issue. Another appointment may be needed if other concerns arise. Additional travel cost may be added for anything more than 30 minutes from my home location.
IN HOME FOLLOW UP
$150
For about 60 minutes, we will check in on progress and make changes if needed. This includes two weeks of secure messaging following this visit.
IN HOME LACTATION PACKAGE
$300
This includes the initial consultation and a follow up in home appointment at an agreed upon time at initial appointment. A discount is given if these two appointments are paid at the initial visit. This includes two weeks of secure messaging after the completion of the appointment.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
$50+
$50 for each additional infant which will include additional time for each appointment.
$50 travel fee for over 30 miles from my home location.
$50 for additional two weeks of secure messaging support after initial two weeks.
